- You MAY use my graphics to create layouts to submit to any online gallery

- You MAY create personal scrapbook pages and layouts

- You MAY NOT sell individual items, LOs or Quick Pages

- You MAY NOT share elements of a kit individually with your friends / relatives

- You MAY NOT use the graphics in this kit to create personal (or commercial) blogs and websites

- You MAY NOT upload it to your blogs or personal websites...

- You MAY NOT use my graphics for commercial purposes...

- You MAY NOT reproduce copies of my kits to resell for personal profit.

- You MAY NOT alter any of my graphics and sell them as your own.

- You MAY NOT convert my designs into tubes, templates, scripts, actions, overlays, brushes etc. and redistribute them in any form.

- YOU MAY use my products to aid in creating your own PERSONAL USE kits, element packs, alphas, papers, etc for sale

- YOU MAY recolor, resize to suit your designing needs for your projects

- YOU MAY use my graphics in scrapbooks for others for pay (Scrap4Hire). By this I mean: you are commissioned by a person to make a scrapbook for them and it can be done either digitally, on CD, printed or hard cover.

- YOU MAY create Quick Pages and Digital Photo Albums for your customers provided that they only receive the final, flattened version of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/elements files, etc) saved as either .png or .jpg formats.

- YOU MAY use my designs/graphics to create or design websites, blog-headers, etc. unless stated otherwise (will be noted with the specific item)

- YOU MAY NOT use my products to create other commercial use products

- Do not make kits or sets containing only items created using my items. My products can not be more than 40% of your finished pack.

- YOU MAY NOT resell my products as is - they must be altered in such a way that the original piece cannot be extracted from your item

- YOU MAY NOT use my products by themselves to create, for example, an element pack where my design is simply recolored and repackaged. you must incorporate your own design with it.

- YOU MAY NOT use any of my products to create digital brushes, tubes or shapes.
